Well, I'll be in and out all the time... most of you know me even under my various names, and a lot of you are already visitors to my other site, Darker Than Light.
People keep using slang and weird symbols, what do they mean?
Here's a list of things you might see used:
lol = Laughing out loud
rofl = Rolling on the floor laughing
j/k = Just kidding
j/j = Just joking
brb = Be right back
bbl = Be back later
:) = Smiling, there's many diffrent ones, but this is the basic one
:( = Frowning, like the smiley there's many variations
btw = By the way
sv = Sarcastic voice
Using these can save you typing, and show emotions. Knowing them will help you not be confused.

How do I get a handle, change the color of my text, put a picture, etc.?
Scroll down on the bottom frame till you get to the link that says "Get\change handle", click this and you will be taken to a form where you can change you handle, links, etc.
Can I put up a picture that is not on the 'net?
No... but, if it is scanned, you can send it to me and I will place it on the internet so you can have a picture too. If you don't have a scanner, send your picture and a self addressed stamped envelope large enough and with enough postage to return your picture (if you want it returned) to: NoneMoreBlack, 112 Elmfield Road, Glengormley, Co.Antrim, N.Ireland, BT36 6DW.
What's the deal with the numbers?
Those are IP numbers. They are your computer's "address" while you are online and they allow me to trace imposters, flooders, etc. If you should encounter someone like this, highlight some of the text of what they've been saying, copy it, paste it into an e-mail and send it to Damaged, who has returned as the guardian of the dungeon. Also include date and time of occurance. ...and, to those who are thinking of asking me if you can tell everyone how to mask the IP addresses, I'd rather you didn't, but hell, it's a free country.
